PROVISION OF SERVICE

All Services given by Melissa Millar including “Black Magic Removal” ***SERVICES???****are given at Melissa’s discretion. All Services are given with care and respect. The very nature of energy work means it can be unpredictable and outcomes vary. Every situation and person is unique. Melissa will do her absolute best using her innate gifts and learned abilities to bring you peace.

RECORDING AN APPOINTMENT IS PROHIBITED: Recording your appointment either by audio or video is strictly prohibited. Neither yourself nor someone else in the room or otherwise may record your appointment in any way.

If we find during an appointment you are recording in any way, we will consider this a breach of our Terms of Use and Provision of Service. We reserve the right to terminate the appointment immediately and no refund will be given in this instance, in accordance with our Refunds & Cancellation of Service Policy. ***LINK POLICY*** In this case you agree to delete the recorded material or allow Melissa Millar the right to seize the recording equipment and delete the recorded material.

If you are found to have recorded an appointment or Service without our knowledge and explicit written approval from Melissa Millar you are in breach of our Terms of Use & Provision of Service policies.***LINK POLICY**** If it’s distributed or made public either via social media, publication or other dissemination of our content in any way without prior written explicit consent, we may seek legal action.

MELISSA MILLAR MAY RECORD: You agree that Melissa Millar may record your appointment either by video or audio. This recording will not be published or used publicly. This recording is strictly for internal administrative use and will be treated confidentially and not shared outside of this, without your prior written consent.

DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT: You agree that some of the things discussed during an appointment may be emotional and unexpected. And some things that come up during an appointment may defy an explanation and answers may not be available.

You agree to behave in a manner that is respectful to Melissa during your appointment. You agree to and understand that in order for her to use her gift, sometimes it may require you to be silent for a period.

YOUR APPOINTMENT LOCATION/SPACE: You agree to be located in a quiet space with no interruptions and noise (phones/TVs/other adults or children/pets) for the duration of your appointment. Interruptions and people entering the room can break the energy of the appointment and it will take away time time needed for your service.

******* REVIEW******Please make sure you are online 5-10 minutes prior to your commencement time of your video calling (SKYPE or other) appointment. Please make sure the device (laptop/computer/mobile phone) and APP you are using to video call has the latest updates installed and is the latest version available of SKYPE etc.

You may make notes if needed. Please have a notebook and pen handy.

INTERNET CONNECTIONS: Please make sure your internet connection is working and is able to maintain the video call for duration of your appointment. Please test this connection the week prior to your appointment just in case you find it’s not suitable and you need to reschedule or cancel the appointment. Please be aware of our Cancellations & Refunds Policy in this case.

If during your appointment the video call continues to drop out, Melissa will do her best to re-establish the connection and call back. Should these drop outs happen more then 3-4 times and/or it’s making it difficult to maintain the energy needed for your appointment outcome. The appointment will be terminated at Melissa’s discretion and will be considered a “no show”. No refund will be given in this case in accordance with with our Refunds & Cancellation Of Service Policy. ***LINK POLICY***

Should you decide to proceed with an appointment, aware that your internet connection may not maintain a good quality connection for your call. You do so at your own risk. Melissa Millar is not liable in any way in this case.

In some cases Melissa may continue to work on your situation offline after the call has dropped out and cannot be maintained. This is at Melissa’s discretion and depends on each individual situation and appointment. If this happens Melissa will advise you of this.

ELECTRONIC DEVICES INCLUDING PHONES: You agree that phones and audio/electrical devices may sometimes interfere with an appointment and it’s best to leave them outside the room for the duration of the appointment. If an electronic device is left on, it may interfere negatively with your outcome.

If there is any electronic equipment in the room where you are receiving the service other then the device you are using to video call or SKYPE Melissa Millar, please make sure it’s switched off. ***REVIEW SKYPE ETC***

You agree that you are receiving general advice for entertainment purposes and Melissa Millar & all employees accepts no responsibility nor liability for how you interpret that.

CONFIDENTIALITY: You agree and accept that your Service given by Melissa Millar is confidential and will not be disclosed and discussed openly or publicly by you. You agree that any outcomes and discussion regarding spiritual advice given during the Service or appointment will be kept private and confidential by you.

You agree that you will not publish nor disclose nor discuss any spiritual advice or general advice given, during your Service or appointment. This includes disclosing or sharing spiritual techniques discussed during your appointment.

COPYRIGHT: These spiritual techniques shared with you during your Service or appointment are strictly confidential and are considered Intellectual Property. They are not to be shared on the internet in any way (including blogs & social media) and are not to be openly discussed, published or disseminated in any way without explicit permission given in writing directly from Melissa Millar. These spiritual techniques and advice are considered COPYRIGHT under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) .

SHARING YOUR EXPERIENCE OF YOUR APPOINTMENT: If you wish to share your experience of your Service or appointment publicly (including social media, blogs & all forms of publication) please contact Melissa Millar via email for permission. Permission to share the content or experience of your appointment will only be given in writing. Permission to share may be refused to protect the COPYRIGHT of the spiritual techniques you become privy to during your CONFIDENTIAL session.

DEFAMATION: You agree that you will not defame nor besmirch Melissa Millar, her name, website & business or her employees in any way. Nor make negative defamatory comments regarding your appointment and Service in public and online.

BOOKING REQUESTS: Melissa Millar only accepts bookings at her own discretion if she feels she can be of help. An honest assessment will be made prior to accepting a booking. A booking request must be made via the Contact Us Page **LINK PAGE*** on this website, giving as much information and detail as possible about your situation and request.

A booking request is not a guarantee of acceptance of service. Once Melissa Millar agrees to your booking request via email and a time has been agreed upon, you can then proceed to the online store found under SERVICES and proceed to making payment for the service in full.

If needed Melissa may request a brief discussion via SKYPE **EDIT VIDEO CALLING APP***or alternative video or voice calling service, to confirm further details of the situation BEFORE accepting the booking and BEFORE proceeding to payment. This will be advised via email if required.

TIMING OF APPOINTMENTS & LOCATION: Please be aware Melissa Millar is located in Queensland, Australia and time zones need to be considered when making your booking time request. Please make note when your booking has been accepted and confirmed that you are aware and conscious of the timezone differences and it’s correct. An incorrect booking time made due to incorrect timezones will be considered a missed booking and subject to our Cancellation Policy. **LINK POLICY***

BOOKINGS MADE FOR SOMEONE OTHER THEN YOURSELF: Melissa Millar only accepts bookings made by the person requesting the appointment. A booking will not be accepted nor made for friends or family members. Individuals need to request their own booking.

PAYMENT OF SERVICE/DEPOSIT: Payment of your appointment is considered a confirmation of your appointment. Therefore your appointment is not considered confirmed or scheduled until payment has been received in full. Payment in full includes GST (Australian Goods & Services Tax).

BOOKINGS MADE CLOSE TO APPOINTMENT TIME/EMERGENCY LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS: Melissa accepts emergency last minute bookings at her discretion when her schedule permits. Payment in full must be received no later than 48 hours (2 days) prior to commencement of your agreed appointment time. If payment has not been received in full 48 hours prior to your appointment, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATION OF SERVICE POLICY

YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT: Please note Melissa Millar only accepts a cancellation or rescheduling of appointment 48 hours (2 days) prior to the commencement of your booked and confirmed appointment. If you cancel within the 48 hour period prior to your appointment a cancellation fee of 50% of your full booking will be charged and retained. The remainder of your service fee minus the cancellation fee will be refunded.

If you cancel in the 24 hours prior to your booked and confirmed appointment the full amount of your service fee paid will be retained and no refund will be given. This also applies to “incorrect timing” made bookings and missed bookings due to “no shows”.

REFUNDS: Once your appointment has commenced or after your appointment is complete no refunds neither partial nor in full will given except in accordance with our Refunds & Cancellation Policy below. **LINK POLICY***

Refunds are not given if you are in breach of the Terms of Use or Provision of Service Terms. **LINK POLICIES***

No liability or responsibility in any way is accepted, from outcomes arising from cancelling or halting an appointment, by Melissa Millar and all her employees.

When you accept an appointment with Melissa Millar you agree to the following Terms:

Melissa Millar reserves the right to refuse service with no reason given and with no liability. Melissa Millar reserves the right to cancel a booked Service with no reason given and no liability accepted. If Melissa Millar has accepted an appointment and payment has been received and for any reason Melissa Millar cancels, all efforts will be made to rebook this appointment at a mutually convenient time or alternatively Melissa Millar reserves the right to refund the booking in full with no reason given and no liability accepted.

If Melissa Millar has commenced an appointed for a Service and during the Service decides to cancel the appointment, that is at her discretion and sometimes no reason will be given. In this case no liability will be accepted for this cancellation. If this happens Melissa Millar will refund either partially or in full the amount already paid for the service. This is also at her discretion with no liability accepted for the need to cancel during the service. The amount of the Service refunded depends on the circumstances of the cancellation and this is also at Melissa Millar’s discretion. Each situation is unique.

If Melissa Millar commences the appointment and at any time realises she cannot be of help or feels the situation is more dangerous than initially accepted by her than Melissa Millar reserves the right to cancel without liability. Once again this is at Melissa Millar’s discretion and no liability will be accepted. If this happens Melissa Millar will refund either partially or in full the amount already paid for the Service. This is dependant on the individual situation and circumstances of each appointment and the amount refunded from the full Service amount is at Melissa Millar’s discretion.
